How it runs
What happens before, during and after a clean
The parts of the arrangement that are easy to leave vague, written down.

Applying and verifying
Cleaners apply with their ABN, their insurance certificate and identity documents. Nothing proceeds until that paperwork checks out, and every applicant is interviewed in person.

Onboarding and cover
Approved cleaners join the roster under our $20M public liability cover, which is re-checked when the policy renews, and they are matched only to the postcodes they actually service.

Quoting
A whole-home clean is priced by bedroom and bathroom count, so you see the number before anyone visits. Partial cleans are billed hourly with a two-hour minimum.

The clean itself
The cleaner works to the published room checklist. If the job is clearly going to need more time than booked, they contact you first — nobody adds hours and presents a larger invoice afterwards.

If something is wrong
Send photos within 48 hours and we re-clean the areas concerned at no charge. For end of lease cleans the window is 7 days and covers the cleaning items listed at your outgoing inspection.

After the visit
Payment is captured once the clean is done, never before. Damage is reported within 7 days through the dashboard or by email, and we coordinate the claim rather than leaving you to chase an individual cleaner.
