Pricing questions
Is there a minimum booking?+
Most cleans start from 2 hours. Your instant quote shows the estimated time for your home so there are no surprises.
Are add-ons extra?+
Yes — optional add-ons like inside the oven, fridge or interior windows are charged on top of your base rate, and you'll see them in your quote before you book.
Do recurring discounts lock me in?+
No. Weekly and fortnightly rates are cheaper, but you can skip, pause or cancel any time with no penalty.
When am I charged?+
Never before the clean is done. We securely hold your card via Stripe at booking and only capture payment once the job's complete.
