Hourly rates
Partial cleans are for selected rooms, specific priorities and touch-up work. NDIS cleaning stays hourly and under the NDIS cap.

End of lease is quoted as a range, not a fixed price. The range depends on the condition of the property and is confirmed before you book.

Dedicated window cleaning
Window cleaning prices
Dedicated window cleaning uses window-count pricing and can be booked independently. Full detail includes interior glass, accessible ground-level exterior glass, frames, sills, tracks and removable flyscreens.

Hard-water treatment is from $15 per affected window and oversized glass or sliding doors are from $25 each. High-access exterior work requires a quote.

A Regular Clean includes one bedroom and one bathroom for $121. Each additional bedroom or bathroom adds $30.25.
Deep-clean estimates
Deep cleaning is calculated at exactly 1.5 times the Regular Clean price for the same number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
GST-inclusive totals
Every price shown to a residential customer is GST inclusive (incl. GST), in line with ACCC single-price rules. No booking fees. Get a free quote, no card needed. Online bookings are paid upfront.

Cancellations, payment and what is not included
Every one of these is somewhere in our terms. They matter enough to say out loud.
Cancelling and rescheduling
Free up to 24 hours before your scheduled start, from your dashboard. Cancellations within 24 hours get a 50% refund. If we cancel on you, you pay nothing and we prioritise rebooking you.
When payment is taken
Get a free quote, no card needed. Online bookings are paid upfront. We never store full card numbers, and there is no surcharge for paying by card. There is no refund if a job finishes early.
GST and invoicing
Every price shown to a residential customer is GST inclusive (incl. GST), in line with ACCC single-price rules. Every booking generates an invoice with our ABN from your dashboard, which is what landlords need at tax time.
What the hourly rate does not cover
Carpet steam cleaning, exterior windows above ground level, rubbish removal beyond your bins, pest control, repairs and gardening are all outside a standard clean. Some are available as add-ons; the rest we will point you to a specialist for.
If the job runs over
Your cleaner contacts you before exceeding the booked hours. You decide whether to extend. Nobody quietly adds time and presents a larger invoice at the end.
Our fix-it guarantee
Not happy with an area? Send photos within 48 hours and we re-clean it free. For end of lease cleans the window is 7 days and covers any cleaning items listed at your outgoing inspection.

Is my whole-home cleaning quote fixed?+
A Regular Clean starts at $121 incl. GST for one bedroom and one bathroom, then adds $30.25 for each additional bedroom or bathroom. Deep cleaning is 1.5 times the calculated Regular Clean price.
Are add-ons extra?+
Yes — optional add-ons like inside the oven, fridge or interior windows are charged on top of your base rate, and you'll see them in your quote before you book.

When is cleaning charged hourly?+
Hourly pricing applies to partial cleans and to NDIS bookings. End of lease is a quote range by home size, not a fixed or hourly price. Cleaner at Door contacts you before doing extra work found on the day.
Is there a minimum booking?+
Partial residential cleaning has a two-hour minimum. Whole-home Regular and Deep Cleans use fixed home-size pricing instead.
Does Deep Cleaning include professional carpet steam cleaning?+
No. Deep Cleaning includes the carpet cleaning and vacuuming scope documented on the Deep Cleaning service page, but professional carpet extraction, steam cleaning and specialist stain treatment are not included. Carpet steam cleaning can be added as an optional extra, quoted separately and done by a licensed operator.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before your scheduled start. Cancellations within 24 hours get a 50% refund. If we cancel on you, you pay nothing.
Do prices include GST?+
Every price shown to a residential customer is GST inclusive (incl. GST), in line with ACCC single-price rules. NDIS supports are GST-free. The published NDIS rate is $55 GST-free, not labelled incl. GST.
Are there call-out or booking fees?+
No. No call-out fee, no booking fee, no card surcharge. The only additions are add-ons you choose and public-holiday loading, both shown before you confirm.
How do public holidays and after-hours work?+
Weekends are charged at the standard rate. Public holidays carry a loading where cleaners are available, and it is displayed on the quote before you confirm — never added afterwards.
Can I get an invoice for my rental property?+
Yes. Every booking generates a GST invoice with our ABN, downloadable from your dashboard. Landlords commonly claim these — check with your accountant about your own circumstances.
