Satisfaction guarantee
If you're not happy with your clean, let us know within 48 hours and we'll arrange a free re-clean of the areas concerned. This is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start. Cancellations within 24 hours get a 50% refund.
Refunds
There is no refund if a job finishes early. Where a refund is due, it is processed to your original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days.
