Your cleaner works to the same routine each visit — kitchen, bathrooms, floors, surfaces and bins — so the house never drifts far from where you want it. Most households book weekly or fortnightly; a monthly booking works if the home is low traffic, though the first visit will usually need extra hours.
You keep the same cleaner. That matters more than people expect: after two or three visits they know that the ensuite shower screen needs the harder scrub, that the kettle lives on the left, and that the spare room is off limits. Consistency is the difference between a service you tolerate and one you stop thinking about.
Regular cleans are priced by bedrooms and bathrooms, so you see the number for your home size before you book. Kitchen cabinets are included. Laundry is not included.

Carpet steam cleaning
Vacuuming is part of every house clean. Carpet steam cleaning — hot water extraction — is arranged through a licensed operator and quoted as its own line item, with the receipt issued in your name. Ask for it on the quote form when the carpets need more than a vacuum.
Pressure cleaning
Driveways, paths, patios and outdoor concrete can be quoted alongside the clean. We look at the surface before quoting, match the pressure to it, and will tell you when a surface such as sandstone or pavers should not be pressure cleaned at all. Ground-level surfaces only — we do not clean roofs.

Do I get the same cleaner every visit?+
Yes — that is the default for any recurring booking. If your regular cleaner is sick or on leave we will offer a substitute and tell you before the visit, so it is never a surprise at the door.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most regular customers give a key, a lockbox code or a smart-lock PIN after the first visit. Access details are stored against your booking and only shared with your assigned cleaner.
Are cleaning products and equipment supplied?+
Your cleaner brings standard products and cloths. Vacuums are heavy to carry between jobs, so if you have one at home we prefer to use it — tell us in the booking if you do not, and we will send a cleaner who carries one.
Can I use my own products?+
Absolutely. Leave them out with a note. This is common in homes with allergies, stone benchtops, or a preference for low-tox and fragrance-free products.
What if I need to skip a week?+
Skip or reschedule any visit from your dashboard. There is no lock-in contract and no penalty, provided you give us 24 hours' notice.
