Do I get the same cleaner every visit?+
Yes — that is the default for any recurring booking. If your regular cleaner is sick or on leave we will offer a substitute and tell you before the visit, so it is never a surprise at the door.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Most regular customers give a key, a lockbox code or a smart-lock PIN after the first visit. Access details are stored against your booking and only shared with your assigned cleaner.
Are cleaning products and equipment supplied?+
Your cleaner brings standard products and cloths. Vacuums are heavy to carry between jobs, so if you have one at home we prefer to use it — tell us in the booking if you do not, and we will send a cleaner who carries one.
Can I use my own products?+
Absolutely. Leave them out with a note. This is common in homes with allergies, stone benchtops, or a preference for low-tox and fragrance-free products.
What if I need to skip a week?+
