Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of Cleaner at Door and any bookings you make through the platform. By booking a clean, you agree to them.

2. Bookings & pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST. Your final price depends on your suburb, home size and any add-ons selected at booking.

Payment is authorised at booking and captured once the clean is completed. You will not be charged if a booking is cancelled in line with our cancellation policy.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled start time. Cancellations inside 24 hours may incur a fee as set out in our Refund Policy.

4. Our cleaners

Cleaners are vetted, identity-checked ABN-holding contractors covered by our public liability insurance. Cleaner at Door coordinates and stands behind each booking.

5. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to those rights, our liability is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid.
