1. Our commitment

Cleaner at Door handles your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

2. What we collect

We collect information you provide when booking — name, contact details, address and access notes — and information needed to fulfil and support your booking.

Payment card details are handled entirely by our PCI-compliant payment provider (Stripe). We never store your full card number.

3. How we use it

We use your information to provide and improve our services, coordinate cleaners, process payments, and send booking confirmations and reminders.

4. Disclosure

We share only what a cleaner needs to complete your booking, and with service providers (e.g. payments, SMS, email) acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure.
