Which clean do you actually need?
Most people over-think this. Four questions settle it.
Are you moving out? Book an end of lease and bond clean. It is the only service measured against your agent's exit checklist, and the only one that carries our re-clean guarantee if the outgoing inspection lists cleaning items.
Has the home had a professional clean in the last six months? If yes, house cleaning will hold it. If no, start with a deep clean — a two-hour regular visit cannot reach a year of oven build-up and grout, and asking it to only leaves you disappointed.
Is this a one-off? A deep clean is a single booking, and plenty of customers book one, like the result and switch to fortnightly afterwards.
Are you cleaning a workplace? Office and commercial cleaning is quoted per site, worked outside trading hours, invoiced with GST and an ABN, and comes with insurance certificates for your building manager.

How much does a clean cost?
House and deep cleans are flat rates by home size, GST inclusive — the price does not move if the day runs long. End of lease is hourly, so those figures are estimates for a home in ordinary condition.

How much does house cleaning cost in Australia?+
A whole-home house clean is a flat rate by home size, GST inclusive: from $139 for a one-bedroom home, $152 for a two-bedroom one-bathroom, and $218 for a three-bedroom two-bathroom. Weekly and fortnightly bookings take 10 per cent off that rate. Partial cleans and hourly work start at $69.75 an hour with a two-hour minimum.
What is the difference between a deep clean and an end of lease clean?+
A deep clean is measured against the home: it resets everything a regular visit skips — inside the oven, window tracks, skirting boards, grout. An end of lease clean is measured against a document: your entry condition report and the agent's exit checklist. That is why it includes inside cupboards and full window work as standard, takes longer, and is the only service carrying our seven-day re-clean commitment for cleaning items listed at the outgoing inspection.
How long does a deep clean take?+
Four to eight hours for most homes. A two-bedroom apartment in reasonable condition runs about four hours; a four-bedroom house that has not had a professional clean in a year runs closer to eight, often with two cleaners. Build-up needs dwell time — oven cleaner, grout and shower glass cannot be rushed, which is what separates the estimate from a regular visit.
Do I need to be home during the clean?+
No. Most customers are at work. Leave access instructions in the booking notes — a key safe code, a concierge, a neighbour, or an unlocked side gate — and your cleaner follows them. If you would rather be there for the first visit to walk through priorities, that works too.
How often should I get my house professionally cleaned?+
Fortnightly suits most households: enough to stop build-up, not so frequent that you are paying for a home that was already clean. Weekly makes sense with pets, small children or a full house. Monthly works for low-traffic homes and couples who tidy as they go, though the visit usually needs an extra half hour to catch up.
Which cleaning service do I actually need?+
If you are vacating a rental, end of lease. If the home has had a professional clean in the last six months, a house clean. If it has not, start with a deep clean and hold it with regular visits afterwards — that is the cheapest way to keep a home genuinely clean over a year.
Can I combine services or add extras?+
Yes. Inside the oven, inside the fridge, interior windows, inside cupboards and carpet steam cleaning are all add-ons at booking. If you find yourself adding several to a house clean, a deep clean is usually better value.
Are the checklists actually fixed?+
The published scope is what your cleaner works to, so you know what you are buying. Anything outside it can be added — just say so in the booking notes rather than on the day.
How is each service priced?+
A whole-home clean is priced by home size, not by the clock — the same rate whether the day runs long or short. Partial cleans, and the jobs that vary most with condition, end of lease and office work, are billed hourly from $69.75.
Do you bring cleaning products?+
Products and cloths, yes. Vacuums are heavy to carry between jobs, so if you have one we prefer to use yours — tell us at booking if you do not and we will send a cleaner who carries one.
