Your agent's ingoing condition report is the finish line. We clean to that list in an empty home. A clean cannot fix damage, wear, or marks that need paint. Add-ons listed below are only done if you include them when you request a quote.
Kitchen
- Clean cupboards and drawers inside and outside.
- Wipe benchtops, splashbacks and shelves.
- Degrease stovetop, burners and control knobs.
- Clean rangehood and removable filters.
- Clean oven interior, glass, racks and trays (add-on — include this when you request a quote).
- Clean sink, taps and drain opening.
- Clean dishwasher filter, door edges and seals.

Re-clean guarantee
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean, with photos of the areas you are not happy with, at sales@cleaneratdoor.com or 1300 381 988. We reply within 48 hours and re-clean those areas at no cost. If you are still unhappy after the re-clean, you get a full refund, paid within 15 days via Stripe. We do not promise the bond back — that depends on the agent's inspection and anything outside cleaning.

What is a bond clean?
A bond clean (also called a vacate or exit clean) is a thorough clean when you move out, so the home matches the agent's condition report.
What does an end of lease clean include?
Bring your agent's ingoing condition report and we clean to it. Kitchen (oven inside is $63.25 add-on; fridge inside is $55 add-on), bathrooms, interior windows, sills, tracks and flyscreens, skirting, doors, switches, wardrobes inside, hard floors vacuumed and mopped, carpets vacuumed. Carpet steam is from $50 per room.
What if the agent flags something?
Tell us within 24 hours of the clean, with photos of the areas you are not happy with, at sales@cleaneratdoor.com or 1300 381 988. We reply within 48 hours and re-clean those areas at no cost. If you are still unhappy after the re-clean, you get a full refund, paid within 15 days via Stripe. We do not promise that your bond will be returned.
Is the oven included?
No. The $190 to $410 range does not include inside-oven cleaning. It is $63.25 so you only pay if your agent needs it. Heavy grease and double ovens are quoted before the job.
How do you get in if I've already moved out?
Leave keys in a lockbox or meet us on site. Return keys as arranged.
Does the property need to be empty?
Yes, ideally furniture and belongings out. We cannot clean under or behind items left in place. We bag and bin leftover rubbish that fits in the property's bins; tip runs and hard rubbish are separate.
My agent's list includes pest control, carpet steam, garden, rubbish or wall patching. Do you do those?
We do not do pest control, gardening, repairs or wall patching. Full wall washing is separate from spot-cleaning washable marks. Carpet steam is from $50 per room. External windows, blinds, oven, fridge and rubbish removal that will not fit in the property's bins are add-ons you include when you request a quote. Send us the agent's checklist and we will say what is in scope.
