For 24-hour sites we work the quiet window — typically between 11pm and 5am — with a cleaner who has the access arrangement rather than a rotating roster.

What's different about Adelaide
- Adelaide's January intake is the sharpest of the year — most sites lift cleaning frequency from early January through February and settle back in March.
- Rubber gym flooring needs a pH-neutral product; standard floor cleaners degrade it over time, which is a repair bill rather than a cleaning problem.
- Change-room mould builds fast in Adelaide's wet winter months when ventilation is closed up. Treating it monthly is far cheaper than resiliconing a shower.

Sanitiser suitable for shared gym surfaces and safe on vinyl pads and rubber grips. If your equipment supplier specifies a product, we will use that instead.

Surface mould on tile, grout and silicone, yes — and monthly treatment is far cheaper than the resilicone you will otherwise need. Mould that has penetrated the substrate is a trade repair.
Can you scale up for the January intake?+
Yes, and it is worth planning. Most Adelaide sites move up a level of frequency from early January and settle back in March.
