Restaurant and cafe cleaning in Adelaide

Front-of-house cleaning for Adelaide restaurants, cafes and bars, scheduled around service and alongside your food-safety program.

Hospitality cleaning splits in two. Front of house — floors, tables, banquettes, glass, bathrooms, entry — is presentation, and it has to be done before doors open. Back of house is a food-safety matter governed by your own program under the Food Standards Code, and it stays with your kitchen team.

We work the front-of-house side around your service times, typically after close or before opening. Bathrooms in a busy Adelaide venue are the single biggest driver of a bad review that has nothing to do with the food, so they get proper time rather than a pass.

Periodic work — degreasing behind the pass, hard-floor machine scrubbing, high dusting — is quoted separately and scheduled on your quiet days rather than squeezed into a nightly window.

What the visit covers

  • Dining floors swept, mopped and edges detailed
  • Tables, banquettes, chair legs and bar front cleaned
  • Entry glass, door handles and street-facing windows
  • Customer bathrooms cleaned, sanitised and restocked
  • Bins emptied; bin area rinsed and deodorised
  • Front-of-house fridges and display cabinets wiped externally
  • Periodic hard-floor scrubbing and high dusting on an agreed cycle

What's different about Adelaide

  • Adelaide's small-bar and laneway venues off Peel and Leigh Streets have tight service windows and shared rear access — cleans are usually scheduled pre-open rather than post-close.
  • Fringe and Festival season in February and March lifts covers sharply; venues typically move from a five-day to a seven-day schedule for those weeks and back afterwards.
  • Rundle Street and The Parade venues with outdoor footpath dining need the street frontage and furniture done before opening, which is a different task from the interior floor.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do you clean commercial kitchens?+

We handle front of house and the non-food-contact areas. Kitchen food-contact surfaces sit under your food-safety program and stay with your team; we can quote periodic degreasing of floors, walls and behind equipment separately.

Can you work after close?+

Yes. Post-close and pre-open are both standard for hospitality. Late-night finishes carry a loading, shown on the quote.

Can you scale up for Fringe season?+

Yes, and we would rather plan it than react to it. Tell us your February–March pattern in advance and we roster for it.

Do you handle the bin area?+

Bins are emptied and the bin area rinsed and deodorised as part of a standard visit. Grease trap servicing is a licensed trade and not something we do.
