Do I get a receipt for my agent?+
Yes. The steam clean is done by a licensed operator and the receipt is issued in your name, which is the document an agent asks for. Carpets without a steam-clean receipt are one of the most consistent causes of a South Australian bond deduction.
How long does carpet take to dry?+
It depends on the pile, the ventilation and the weather on the day, so we will not put a single number on it. The operator will tell you what to expect for your carpet before they start, and airflow through the room is the thing that shortens it.
Will you use the same product on all my floors?+

Can you remove a specific stain?+
